The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Marketing and Inside Sales team. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Assembles and packages marketing materials such as kits, catalogs, videos, displays, and samples for shipping.
• Assist the Marketing Coordinator with all tradeshow preparations.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Inside Sales team.
• Understand company products and brands.
• General office duties.
• Maintain computer and manual files of all customer-order requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• The minimum education required for this position is a High School Diploma or equivalent. Current enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program is preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in administration or marketing field.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization skills.
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
