Brook Farm Veterinary Center is hiring a part-time Veterinary Technician or Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team.

As a Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients through compliance with the attending doctor’s orders. On a daily basis, you will educate clients, triage patients, calculate medical dosages and administer medications, run in-house lab work, place tubes and catheters, monitor and ensure your patients’ comfort, update clients on their pet’s progress, and perform a variety of other tasks. This requires solid technical skills and your commitment to providing patients and clients with the highest standard of care. Flexibility with scheduling and a team-player mentality are crucial in our fast-paced environment.
