Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, and ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, including cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and utensils
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Sales skills to promote additional products or specials
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus
