We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

- Manage food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
- Supervise staff, providing leadership and guidance
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

- Previous experience in culinary arts, food service management, or related field
- Strong team management and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
