Moran, Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: COMMUNITY SCHOOLS SUMMER 2024- SWIM/DIVE INSTRUCTORS & LIFEGUARDSSwim/dive instructors are needed for the Aquatic Swim/Dive 2024 Summer Program. Positions are contingent upon funding and adequate student enrollment.The Aquatic Swim/Dive Summer 2024 program will tentatively run from July 1– 31, 2023, Monday- Friday, from 8:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m.QUALIFICATIONS:1.Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certifications required2.Knowledge of and experience in swim/dive instruction necessaryDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Lead drills related to specific sports2.Provide instruction for skill development related to swim/dive program3.Monitor the safety and behavior of students4.Must commit to work the entire length of the program and attend training5.Other duties as directed by program supervisorAll instructor positions begin 30 minutes before the start of the program and end 30 minutes after the program closure.All lifeguard positions begin 15 minutes before the start of the program and end 15 minutes after the program closure.COMPENSATION: According to Contract
