We are seeking a Licensed Agent to join our team and focus on Commercial Insurance Sales! Compensation package includes base salary plus health, dental, vision insurance and 401k.

We represent many top carriers including Erie, Hartford, Travelers, Hanover, Selective, and MMG. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling Commercial Property & Casualty insurance policies to new and existing clients. There's great potential here to grow with a growing agency!

Responsibilities:

• Expand business reach through cold-calling, networking and other marketing techniques
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license REQUIRED
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
