Responsibilities:

- Process and manage incoming orders from our e-commerce store and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Prioritize high priority orders within our priority orders team
- Maintain status reports from warehouses and/or vendors for live updates

- Assist in arranging freight via LTL programs
- Create PO receipts, approve acknowledgements, and upload tracking information

Experience:

- Previous experience in order processing or supply chain management preferred
- Strong analytical skills to analyze order data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures
