This position boasts "Country Club Hours" in the world of car business. Our showroom closes at 6PM Monday-Friday and is open 8AM-4PM on Saturdays. We are not open the late city store hours. Managers are rarely at work past 7PM.
The right individual will have extensive experience in automotive sales, will have a driven, ambitious mentality, and will possess leadership skills that demonstrate ability to lead a team.
Prior automotive management experience or sales management experience required. New Care Sales Manager will report to dealership General Manager.

At least 2 years previous automotive experience
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Valid driver's license with and acceptable driving record
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
Hire, Train, and Recruit sales professionals
Conduct Daily Meetings with sales department staff to prepare for ultimate success
Look up rebates on all new sales
Assist with vehicle pricing
Assist with sales promotions and advertisements
The right candidate must be a superior closer. This position is reserved for the best closer in the dealership. This individual will be the closer of all deals meeting objections. Additionally, individual will champion the maintenance of the CRM tool and track all lead follow up via sales team to maintain the highest closing ratios in the industry. The right individual will possess the authority and leadership skills to lead, motivate, train, and cultivate a health sales team.
