• Reconcile daily receipts, cash register reports and cash deposits.
• Responsible for inventory selection, restocking, pricing and display of gift shop merchandise.
• Ensure profitability and adhere to gift shop budget.
• Enter all ordered merchandise into the Point-of-Sale database prior to stocking and rotation of seasonal merchandise
• Report monthly and annual sales for gift shops, vendor events and apparel websites.
• Support Volunteer recruitment and engagement in volunteer support resources.
• Oversee volunteer training, scheduling and engagement in volunteer resources relative to training sessions, workshops and presentations
• Assist with development and execution of Foundation direct mail, newsletters, emails and other forms of donor-centric communication.
• Provide overall fundraising support to cultivate awareness, engagement and financial support for the Broadlawns Medical Center Foundation
• Assist with creating all Gift Shop marketing annual giving campaign, United Way and grant funding campaigns, and Foundation special events including Rose Soiree Gala, Golf Charity Classic, Spirit of Giving, etc.
• Oversight of the Gift Shop operations including volunteer training for the retail setting.

• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and retention with support of volunteer resources relative to training sessions, workshops and presentations

• 1-2 years Retail Experience

• Ability to represent the organization during evening and weekend hours if/as needed.
