We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Business Product Manager to lead a large, established workload automation product used by over 500 customers. You will be responsible for the product's continued success, focusing on maintaining and growing the customer base and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement product features that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Manage product pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue generation.
• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product features.
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to win-loss, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in Workload Automation domain is preferred.
• 15 years of experience in product management, ideally with B2B products.
• Proven track record of success in driving product growth and revenue generation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and experience (CX) best practices.
• Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Lean) a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000 $220,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
