Job Summary:
We're looking for a committed Substitute Teacher with a Music background to join our team. Our ideal candidate will step in for regular classroom teachers, ensuring uninterrupted learning experiences for students. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in students' learning experiences.

Duties:
- Implement and prepare lesson plans
- Manage the classroom environment effectively to promote learning
- Provide instruction, encourage student participation, and manage classroom behavior
- Adapt teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and learning styles
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Education, or related field preferred
- Relevant experience working with children or students
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents
- Knowledge of childhood development and literacy education
- Experience working with students with autism is a plus
- Ability to follow curriculum guidelines and work independently
- Prior experience in tutoring, childcare, or preschool settings is beneficial
