A busy family in Houston, TX is seeking a top-notch estate manager to help with their local property and east coast properties. The estate manager should have prior experience running multiple properties, managing staff, vendor relations, creating policies and procedures, house manuals, etc. The role requires travel to multiple properties to proactively maintain and create consistency throughout. This is a fully staffed home so prior experience managing staff is required. The position will start in January, so looking to have someone in place and ready to go within the next few weeks.
