Overview

A warm, kind family in Palo Alto are seeking a part-time nanny for their three girls, aged 6, 4 and nearly 2-years. They are expecting baby number 4 in early October. The schedule will be roughly 24 hours per week spread over 3 days- ideally Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday or Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but they are flexible to work around the candidate, and if the candidate wants a few more hours they can probably accommodate that as well.

Duties will include helping to prep meals (very simple), school and activity drop-off/pick-up, and generally tag-teaming with mom to ensure everyone is on schedule and that there is an easy and organized flow to the day. There is a housekeeper 4 times per week so candidates will not be required to do any cleaning or laundry, but if she is off sick or on vacation, then a willingness to help in this area would be appreciated. 

Candidates should be positive and happy, laid back, and organized, with superlative communication and timekeeping skills. A clean and current driving record is essential, as well as a reliable vehicle to get to and from the family’s home- they will provide a car for use on duty.
