Overview

A busy and private family are seeking a hands-on and proactive personal assistant/nanny to help support their home and growing family in Palo Alto, CA. The general schedule for this position is Wednesday through Sunday, 8am-6pm, with a 24/7 mentality. The family is open to relocation for the right candidate and with providing off-site housing. 

 Your main responsibility is to provide highly competent support in all-things-administrative to the co-founders of one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Silicon Valley. You will be wearing several hats and working in conjunction with their right hand man. You will help in the home with staff, child-care, errands, vendors, and more. Everyday will look different and they are looking for a willing and capable person to join the team. 

You must be ambitious, resourceful, organized, highly flexible, quick on your feet, and have excellent communication skills. You will report to and partner with their current house manager to provide a seamless experience between their home and work lives. So ability to work well with others is key for this role. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years previous experience managing a fully-staffed family home with top-notch organizational/multi-tasking skills, and a calm and collected demeanor.
