British American Household Staffing is hiring a recruiter/placement specialist to join our team. While this is a remote role we are searching for someone who is in a major Metro Area (preference given to NYC, Texas, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco).

We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent, and eager-to-learn professional to join our energetic team and grow in our boutique small-business environment as a recruiter and placement specialist matching high-level domestic staff with UHNW individuals. Duties and responsibilities include liaising with clients to assess their needs and facilitate interviews, trials, and hires of candidates accordingly, maintaining client relationships to ensure future referral-based orders, utilizing our applicant tracking software to manage operations and processes while following company procedures, implementing ideas that increase our job order and business flow, and additional responsibilities as needed.

The new team member we are seeking would ideally have a four-year degree, will have excellent business communication skills in the area of sales and negotiations (English writing and speaking skills are vital in this job position), will be highly proficient with Mac products, will have the ability and willingness to learn various technology (applicant tracking system) platforms, thrives under pressure and a remote working environment, can design and prioritize tasks in the most effective and efficient manner, and understands and utilizes emotional intelligence to manage people with multi-cultural backgrounds and HNW status. Preference will be given to those applicants who have previous experience working in this domestic staffing field (previous nannies, personal assistants, house managers, housekeepers, etc.). Prior household staffing agency experience would also be an enormous plus.
