Bristol's Li'l Angels Childcare LLC is Hiring an Infant Teacher Near Bristol, RI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. As a Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, taking into account their unique needs and abilities.
- Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to plan and coordinate activities, events, and field trips.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and address challenging behaviors when necessary.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of special education or physical education is a plus.
