As the Program Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation you are responsible for the design, implementation an administration of the sales incentive compensation plans that motivate our North American field sales team and drive performance. Reporting to the head of Sales Productivity and Operations, and part of the North American Commercial Excellence team, you will be hands on in the successful administration our sales variable incentive compensation calculations and modeling, working in close partnership with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Commercial Excellence leadership to review and refine the existing sales compensation and incentive plans.
  • Design, implement, and administer sales incentive plans that motivate the sales team, drive performance, and align with company initiatives.
  • In partnership with key stakeholders, ensure accurate and timely performance calculations and sales compensation payouts.
  • Model sales incentive plans by capturing current and projected revenue, allocating quotas, modelling commission rates and summarizing payout results
  • Build and launch training materials that ensure every participant understands their sales incentive compensation plan.
  • Timely management of sales incentive commission disputes and questions
  • Prepare and maintain clear and concise documentation of sales incentive plans, including terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and payout schedules.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on plan payouts and KPIs of overall sales performance.
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Financial Systems and other teams to ensure that data used to calculate sales incentive compensation are accurate, processes are documented, and tools are reliable.
  • Partner with Total Rewards and other stakeholders to ensure that Brink's compensation reflects industry best practices.
  • Monitor, track and report on legislation, regulations and media articles pertaining to sales compensation.
Requirements :
  • 5 years of experience working on sales incentive compensation administration and commission calculations, ideally in a role with direct responsibility for the preparation of commission calculations
  • Deep understanding of sales compensation practices with a strong attention for detail
  • MBA and/or tech industry experience a plus
  • Excellent modeling, reporting and presentation skills (Excel, Microsoft suite).
  • Exceptional understanding of Salesforce
  • Familiarity with general finance concepts
  • Player-coach mentality, willingness to roll up sleeves and dig into difficult problems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills; ability to influence and handle conflict resolution.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain trust.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage vendor relationships and work on multiple projects at the same time.
