Overview:

Seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Customer Project Coordinator to work closely with our customer onboarding teams to ensure customers are able to deploy our new products seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through deployment and onboarding of our new product offerings
  • Manage day to day onboarding tasks, which include placing orders, aligning installation timing, ensuring system provisioning occurs, and providing training materials
  • Serve as customer support during first two weeks of go live
    • track issues, collaborate with others to resolve,
    • answer questions from customers as needed
    • track transactions and metrics to ensure successful deployment
  • Transition to support organization at end of hypercare
  • Provide weekly reporting on health of customer accounts, and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide feedback and ideas to leadership to enable continues improvement
  • Be confident, articulate, and sensitive to the needs of customers and internal partners

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, juggle multiple projects, and handle interruptions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Desire to be of service and provide training or solutions to others, with prior customer service experience a plus
