As an experienced Technical Program Manager for SASE (Network & Security), you'll be executing tasks of both technical and strategic in nature that impact our customers, clients, and other internal and external business partners. You will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) initiative in a multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environment. You must possess deep technical knowledge of all SASE components and should have extensive experience in project management in large-scale networking, security, and compliance projects. This role requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to ensure the successful deployment and integration of SASE solutions across the organization.
  • Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in technical program or project management, specifically in large and complex networking and security environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects in network security in a multi-cloud and hybrid cloud set up.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in large-scale environments.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities
  • § Define and oversee the deployment roadmap for SASE initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business and technology objectives.
  • § Manage all aspect of SASE projects, ensuring synchronization and timely delivery. This includes components like SD-WAN, CASB, ZTNA, FWaaS, and SWG.
  • § Act as the primary point of contact for all SASE-related initiatives, ensuring clear communication between technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • § Leverage deep technical knowledge of SASE components to guide project teams in a multi-cloud, hybrid cloud environment.
  • § Ensure that all SASE initiatives align with organizational security policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • § Allocate and manage resources, including budget and personnel, to ensure the successful completion of SASE projects.
  • § Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • § Monitor the latest industry trends and best practices in SASE, updating program strategies as needed
  • § Work with networking, security, and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of SASE solutions.
  • § Engage with SASE vendors, ensuring products and services meet organizational requirements and standards.
