Brilliant PR & Marketing is Hiring a Social Media Content Coordinator Near Austin, TX

Brilliant PR & Marketing, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a Full-time Social Media Content Coordinator to help support the agency’s growing, award-winning team.

Who We Are:

So what’s Brilliant all about? We are a unique PR agency with nearly 30 team members who all work remotely across the US. We give our team the resources they need to get their work done without having to sit in a cubicle or stuffy office. From costume contests to virtual happy hours and Slack GIFs, we prioritize connecting with each other and creating a sense of community. Although we are remote, team members are expected to be available online during regular business hours, and there is occasional travel for events and trade shows. If applicable, this role of Social Media Content Coordinator will allow for adjusted working hours for being a parent. 

 

What We Do:

Brilliant is in its second decade as a fully remote company and is one of the most respected agencies serving consumer lifestyle brands with a specific focus on products, brands, and services for families including baby and maternity, toys and games, tech, housewares, and food. 

 

What We’re Looking For:

Our Dream Team Member:

  • Has experience creating content and managing a content calendar for a brand(s) 
  • Up to date on pop culture, parenting hacks and trends.
  • Familiarity and regular user of all social media platforms, with a strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Has experience with late night infant feedings with sleep deprivation, stepping on legos and multitasking childcare management while juggling a career. 
  • Creative and a witty writer. 
  • Resourceful, committed, and deliberate
  • Participates in brainstorms and isn’t afraid to come up with and try new ideas.
  • Proficient in Canva or equivalent. 
  • Creative, passionate, and a strategic thinker in helping clients increase brand awareness.

Job Description:

  • Create engaging social media content and engaging the online community.
  • Works on TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and other social media platforms. 
  • Communicates clearly, effectively, and confidently via Zoom and email. 
  • Enjoys an ever-evolving, fast-paced job, switching gears when needed and prioritizing our workload.
