Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform general ledger accounting and maintain financial records
- Assist with account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide analysis
- Utilize accounting software to input and track financial transactions
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of finance principles and practices
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial services
-Familiarity with reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in MS Access
- General knowledge of non profit GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
