• Final review on accounts payable paying close attention to post month, expense coding, catching duplicates, checking due dates etc.
• Responsible for all postings of approved payables.
• Emburse- own this process- train new hires, process reimbursements.
• Credit card account management and processing.
• Responsble for sending Ventas the monthly utility invoices.
• Yardi Payscan- full understanding of the program including setting up new workflows, auditing current workflows for accuracy, training new hires.
• 1099 processing.

• Experience with accounts payable (required).
• Have 2 or more years of Accounting Experience.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks; work efficiently with minimal supervision; detailed oriented.
• Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
