Schedule:

• PRN or Part-time positions available.
• Shifts available: 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, 11 pm-7 am.
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and professional care to patients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, report any changes in condition to the nursing team, and ensure accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support patients with rehabilitation exercises and activities under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Virginia.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation or long-term care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Current CPR certification and TB/chest x-ray result.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
