Responsibilities of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

• Assist clients with daily personal needs including, but not limited to : bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation
• Comply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements Requirements of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• NJ CHHA certification required
• Current CPR certification
• Current Physical with documented PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid driver's license with an insured automobile
• Smartphone
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull
• Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client
