THE VITAL COMPANIONSHIP THAT YOU PROVIDE:

As a Home Health Aide, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client safety and well-being within a home setting. Your caregiving responsibilities encompass a spectrum of care, from personal hygiene and grooming to assisting with household chores such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and dusting. Beyond these tasks, you'll also run errands and accompany clients to appointments, stores, or other client-enriching activities, offering not just physical assistance but also invaluable companionship and support. Whether it's providing personal care, aiding with toileting and feeding, or offering full assistance to bedbound individuals, your dedication and compassion shine through as you deliver exemplary care at every level.


YOUR SCHEDULE:

Whether you prefer full-time or part-time, we have the perfect caregiving opportunity for you! Our day, evening, night, or overnight options include 3, 5, 8, or 12-hour shifts. We accommodate extended hours, holidays, on-call, and offer weekend availability! Check out our sample shifts that are ready for the taking:

  • St. Charles: Tuesday between 9 AM and 11 AM
  • South St. Louis County: Saturday and Sunday between 10 AM and 8 PM
  • Chesterfield: Fridays between 7 AM and 7 PM
  • Manchester: Monday through Sunday between 7 AM and 7 PM
  • Ballwin: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 9 AM and 2 PM
  • Clayton: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Saturday and Sunday between 8 AM and 8 PM


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • CPR certified
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance with a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively

Having a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required!
