We have wonderful clients throughout the Northwest Suburbs who are in need of wonderful caregivers to assist them in the home. Shifts available from 4-12 hours per day. Work as many or as few hours as you want!

Caregiver Job Benefits:
  • Competitive pay starting at $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
  • CNAs start at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
  • Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits
  • Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
  • Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight, if necessary
  • Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
  • Ensure clients’ rights are adhered to
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience as a caregiver or home health aide
  • Valid CPR Certificate
  • Physical and negative TB skin test within the last 12 months (TB test offered in-office if needed)
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
  • Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
  • Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
We are strongly considering candidates with experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.
