My name is Kyle Murphy. I'm a 31-year-old male. Despite my disease, I love to watch sports and spend time with friends. I have severe mobility impairment due to Muscular Dystrophy, consequently I need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). All tasks can easily be taught/trained. Willing to hire multiple people.
4-5 hour day shifts: Monday-Friday (flexible schedule example: 9:00am-1:00pm, 9:30am-1:30pm, or 10am-2pm).
Approximately 5 hour night shifts: Monday's – Sundays shifts available 6 PM –11 PM
$17.25 paid through Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS).
30 hours a week to get Health insurance
