We are looking for someone who has experience in building relationships with public and private schools in Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Long Beach and surrounding areas.

Our background in finding great nurses and caregivers for medical staffing and home care creates a unique opportunity to develop a line of business placing school nurses and providing support to students who need assistance to thrive at school

Our School Nursing Business Development Specialist understands how to build relationships with Executive Directors and school recruiters who are responsible for school nursing functions. This role knows how to communicate with passion, find opportunities and develop them with the aim of delivering high customer satisfaction to schools.

Duties:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities (in person/phone/internet)
• Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to potential referral sources to generate leads and establish relationships
• Collaborate with the office team and other sales team members to create effective strategies for business growth
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company
• Negotiate and finalize contracts

Qualifications/Experience:

• Developing school nursing business
• Proven experience in business development
• Excellent persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of the public and private schools in Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa and Long Beach areas
• Geography; Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Long Beach and surrounding areas
• Must have valid CA Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE Commission

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
