Staffing Coordinator Benefits :

• Competitive pay from $43,000 - $45,000 per year

Responsibilities :

• Require the right attitude to learn from staff. Training will be provided. Require a great team player to work with a great team of A-Players
• Schedule qualified personnel with the right client to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist the branch manager with daily office duties such as employee time record, etc.
• Answer the office phone (40 daily calls) during business hours and direct to the right person
• On-call after hours for 1-2 weeks per month (compensated)
• Maintain up to date documentation

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of human resources experience is preferred
• Fluent in English with intermediate Spanish
• Must be detail oriented and a team player
