Job Summary: BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Caregiver (CG) on a full-time basis in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This individual will be responsible for providing quality healthcare services to our clients in their homes. As an individual contributor, the CNA/PCA/CG will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients and their families, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification or completed PCA/CG training program
- Previous experience in Homecare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Commitment to providing high-quality care
- Flexibility to work varying hours including nights and weekends as needed
