Job Summary:
BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for our 8A-8P shifts in Hilton Head Island. This individual will be responsible for providing healthcare services to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. This is a part-time, hourly position in the franchise industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and quality healthcare services to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients and the Brightstar office
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- State-certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated understanding and respect for client confidentiality
- Must be able to lift and transfer clients, with or without accommodations
