Brightspire is Hiring a Nurse Mentor (Glenaire) Near Cary, NC
- Managing and administering nursing services within a specific household according to Glenaire protocol and policies
- Procuring and scheduling adequate licensed and unlicensed nursing staff for the household
- Assigning, delegating, supervising and evaluating licensed nursing professionals, as well as others involved in the household team
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating resident’s physical condition when necessary
- Perform, document and complete MDS
- Collaborating to provide best practices for the resident within the multidisciplinary team
- Assisting all members of the multidisciplinary team to achieve the resident’s optimum level of functioning
- Developing the nursing component of the residents’ plan of care
- Communicating with the resident’s representatives and developing positive relationships with them
