Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Program & Project Management to join our growing team! In this role, you will manage a team of Business Analysts who will proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency, productivity, and customer service.

As Manager, Program & Project Management, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team of Business Intelligence Analysts, offering guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to maximize individual and team performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions with BIAs, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of comprehensive business case reports, offering critical insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making and resource allocation
  • Assemble and coordinate project team members, assigning individual responsibilities
  • Manage project team activities; analyzes complex business problems to provide appropriate solutions; implement improved solutions that leverage technology to accomplish stated strategic business objectives
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and achieving deadlines; highlight risks and issues impeding expected results
  • Identify and work to resolve critical risks, issues, or misalignments that may jeopardize development timelines or success; escalate to executive management whenever appropriate
  • Work proactively across departments to develop and manage complex projects
  • Track key performance indicators and delivers effective presentations to executive leadership

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent education and experience
  • 5 years of Telecom experience preferably in an operations environment
  • 2 years of experience leading and/or managing project management teams
  • 2 years of experience mining data with proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
  • Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong SQL, Excel, Power BI, and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases, and programming
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and executives
  • Proven ability to motivate a team and bring cross-functional resources together to achieve a common goal
  • Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills Excellent organizational, planning, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask by working in a face paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to efficiently utilize MS Office Suite of Applications specially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to motivate, educate and develop talent
  • Proven track record of achieving professional goals successfully
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities in diverse and highly complex environments including both team and individual based environments
  • Thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives, has a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in dynamic business situations
