This role is paramount to Brighton's ongoing growth strategy. Our growth requires a strong emphasis on building great leadership and collaborating with our hiring managers.
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings,
- Researches and continues to evaluate sourcing methods for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Drives efforts to deliver an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
- Efficiently and effectively fills open positions by reducing our usage of external search partners

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,032.63 - $54,232.84 per year
