Brighton Center is Hiring a Development Director (FT) Near Newport, KY
- Develop vision for Development and implement and provide oversight of the creation and execution of the Comprehensive Development Plan.
- Engage Board members on the Development Committee and Event Committees.
- Oversee all public relations and fundraising events.
- Ensure financial viability of the department.
- Maintain and grow donor relationships with a strong focus on increasing annual giving and major and planned gifts.
- Provide leadership to the Junior Board.
- Oversee staff and volunteers cultivating professional growth and development with accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must have a strong commitment and passion for Brighton Center's mission and values.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of development experience or in a related field.
- Proven leader with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Strong attention to detail and experienced communicator that can represent the agency externally, which includes public speaking engagements.
