Role and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, safe services in care and treatment including bathing, feeding, oral care, and dressing
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment for the residents
• Take and record vital signs 
• Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, or wheelchairs
• Anticipate customer needs by proactively taking appropriate steps to meet those needs
• Maintain and protect patient confidentiality
• Demonstrate patience and courteousness with residents, families and co-workers at all times

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• 18 years old and above
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds at times
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
