Job Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Take and record residents’ weights and vital signs. 
• Maintain a detailed record of services provided and resident's current conditions.
• Recognize and report changes in the patient's condition, take appropriate action and accurately document all activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background test and drug test.
• Attention to detail, hardworking, and dependable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with superiors, residents, and their families.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course or willingness to acquire one.
• Must be very polite, calm and concerned about residents’ well-being, safety, and their issues.
