Brighter Strides ABA is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Cranston, RI

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to patients, including data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessment data
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Understanding of behavioral health ethics and professional standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $83,516.00 - $100,000.00 per year
