Bright Minds is Hiring a Director of Education Near Fairfax, VA

Thank you for your interest in Huntington Learning Center of Fairfax, VA! We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be our Center Director who can lead our team of part-time teachers, as well as the other members of the full time staff. As Center Director, you will be the primary face of the business to both parents and students. The ideal candidate will excel reviewing progress with parents, helping families see the value of our individualized academic programs, and occasionally helping tutor students.
The Center Director reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for developing marketing and advertising plans based on revenue, operations, and marketing goals, increasing the Company's presence in the community, managing and developing staff, and developing and maintaining positive, productive relationships with parents and school personnel.
The schedule of 10:00 AM-8:00 PM Monday-Thursday with one Saturday per month from 9:00-3:00 provides a 3-day weekend most weeks!
