Position Title : BEACH / Chelsea Sub Case Manager
Position Type : Per Diem; As Needed

Location : Bayville, NJ
Department : Beach / Chelsea
Salary : $17.00 Hourly
Responsibilities :
Provide input to the CRNA and IRP.
Advocate counsel, and coordinate daily activities for clients in the area of independent community living.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field.
