Event Director:

An Event Director is an important part to the success of Bright Event Rentals. They must oversee hands on completion of events from start to finish as well as maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and partners. As an event Director you will conduct and supervise site visits, communicating directly with both the client and installation team for the completion of the set-up, exceeding overall client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct meetings, site visits, and showroom appointments with clients

· Expertly guide and recommend any product to meet client needs

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, planners, caterers, and production companies

· Communicate with Event Consultant Team regarding additional changes, add-ons, or replacement of product for an event

· Directly oversee and manage the completion of events from start to finish

· Partner with Sales Director on new potential clients in the relative market.

· Communicate timely and accurately with the Operations team in order to meet and exceed client needs.

Qualifications for Event Director:

· Computer or Technology literate – familiarity with PC operating systems and Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom

· Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued but not required

· Ability to work on multiple projects at once

· Valid State Driver’s License and reliable transportation

· Proficient in sales, negotiations, and interpersonal skills

· Excellent communication and relationship skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
