Duties:

- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavior change
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and treatment
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals on behavior management strategies
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and caregivers
