Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess strong analytical and assessment skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers and staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Skills:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis
- Strong analytical and assessment skills
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Ability to work with children and adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
