Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR department to identify staffing needs and requirements.
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates with a background in ABA.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline for future opportunities.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in the ABA field.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
