Job Description:

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Bright Achievements, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational strategy and ensuring the efficient delivery of our ABA services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including but not limited to:

  1. Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance service quality, and drive business growth.

  2. Program Development: Collaborate with clinical leadership to design and implement innovative ABA programs that meet the unique needs of our clients and align with best practices in the field.

  3. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to monitor service delivery, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote continuous improvement.

  4. Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to support the delivery of high-quality services while maximizing operational efficiency.

  5. Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners, to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.

  7. Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership in healthcare operations, with at least [insert number] years of experience in a senior management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working in the field of developmental disabilities preferred.
