Job Summary

The Finance Manager for Corporate Sponsorships will oversee all finance aspects of Corporate Sponsorships, including contract review, sponsor invoicing, business analytics and vendor payments. There will also be game day hosting responsibilities and working with the Athletic Department on various projects.

Duties/Expectations:

Sponsorships

• Review sponsorship contracts.
• Prepare Sponsor invoices and customer statements.
• Follow up on invoices to ensure payment.
• Reconcile accounts receivable.

Reporting

• Create and update financial reports showing results against budget, sales trends, contribution margin, cash flow and other metrics.

Other Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
• Provide Unrelated Business Income tax information to Campus.
• Complete Purchasing and travel expense reporting
• Assist with gameday hosting.

What Qualifies You to Apply?

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years experience in finance or an accounting environment
• Willingness to uphold and live by the university's Honor Code
• All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend, which may be verified during the application process.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• More than two years experience in finance or an accounting environment
