This position stocks, rotates, and faces products in assigned accounts, builds and maintains store display, collects related inventory, and serves as customer liaison by performing the duties listed below.

WORK SCHEDULE: Shift starts at 5:30 a.m. OR 6:30 a.m. until done. 5 days per week (includes weekends)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Execution:

• Gets daily work requests at start of workday and has schedules signed off by account management (store rep).
• Reviews customer orders and instructions as provided by supervisor or Briggs sales person; communicates with appropriate sales reps on a daily basis. When request is completed, sign and date the note and turn it in to Briggs sales person or at front office.
• Services all accounts as scheduled by supervisor.
• Stocks, rotates and faces product in coolers, on shelves, racks, and in displays.
• Pulls outdated, damaged & un-sellable product & places into back stock with note to Briggs Salesperson.
• Works all back stock (re-stack securely and neatly) as required by sales representative and manager
• Sets up and rotate sales promotion displays, including signage, according to store and Company standards.
• Displays point of sale signage, as allowed by customers.
• Listens to and helps resolve customer inquiries and service complaints.
• Notifies supervisor of any problems or opportunities with assigned accounts.

General Duties:

• Adheres to all Company and supplier procedures and policies.
• Adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding the merchandising of alcoholic beverages.
• Maintains appropriate dress and personal appearance standards.
• Maintains a valid Montana driver’s license and good driving record.
• Arrives at work promptly as scheduled by the supervisor
• Establishes good rapport and good will with all assigned accounts.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Assists others and performs other tasks as appropriate and/or as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the job.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
• Ability to calculate amounts such as discounts, percentages, and interest.

LANGUAGE and REASONING ABILITIES:

• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Must also have the ability communicate effectively to customers or co-workers.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, and REGISTRATIONS:

• Position requires a valid Montanadriver’s license, motor vehicle insurance, clean driving record and reliable transportation.

The work environment characteristics and physical demands described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this job.

• Regularly required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move more than100 pounds, regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Regularly exposed to work in wet or humid conditions and extreme cold or heat (non-weather), as well as outdoor weather conditions.
• The indoors work area may also have fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
