POSITION: Systems Analyst

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field plus two (2) years of programming and/or systems analysis. Bilingual (Spanish & English) applicants are preferred, but not required.

Applicant must be able to pass an Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) Medicaid, Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Level II background screen, drug screen, and a Tuberculosis (TB) test. Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age and have a valid driver’s license with no major violations to be insured under BCI’s automobile policy.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

· Knowledge of information systems operations, equipment, procedures, and workflow.

· Considerable knowledge of hardware and software systems and components, including database management, security, and replication.

· Skill in the design and/or maintenance of large and/or complex software applications.

· Knowledge and understanding of administering Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 .

· Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products for desktop, mobile, and O365.

· Ability to triage support requests, be resourceful in troubleshooting, and document steps taken regardless of outcome.

· Considerable analytical and organizational skills.

· Conduct meetings and convey technical information in a manner suitable for the audience.

· Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, software and hardware components, anticipating future applicability.

· Ability to read and understand technical information system publications.

· Ability to interpret and understand user requests and offer alternate solutions that would better meet the user's ultimate goal.

· Working knowledge of the operating characteristics, capabilities, and limitations of personal computer equipment, local and wide area networks, and supporting infrastructure.

· Provide support with patience, regarding the end user's varying degree of technical ability.

· Ability to provide guidance, assistance, and/or interpretation to others on adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

SALARY: $60,000.00 Annually

WORK LOCATION: Primary Work Location – Fort Walton Beach (FWB) / Travel to BCI’s Crestview (CV) Location is Required as Needed
