**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing profit loss, implementing process improvements, supervising staff, and contributing to strategic planning.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Oversee profit loss and implement strategies to enhance profitability
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with owner clients to create and implement strategies to maximize their return on their rental portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet revenue targets
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on profit loss management and process improvement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in supervising and developing staff members
