Senior Loan Officer: Anywhere in CA with close proximity to an agricultural region; $100,000 to $120,000 per year incentive potential

Terrific lending positions with a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). The organization is in a growth phase and has almost doubled its staff over the last 3 years. The Senior Loan Officer and Loan Officer will support underserved communities and drive growth in the organization's lending. Both positions will manage an existing portfolio of clients and cultivate new relationships. The roles will provide high levels of client service throughout the lifecycle of the loan process, including application assistance and post-closing support. The positions will also collaborate to assess business viability, analyze financial information and issue loan recommendations. The loan officers are also responsible for monitoring the overall performance of their loan portfolios. The Senior Loan Officer will manage larger loans and may also have management responsibilities. Qualified candidates will have approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in lending and relationship management. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. The salary range for the Senior Loan Officer is $100,000 to $120,000 and for the Loan officer is $65,000 to $90,000 per year, with potential for flexibility based on experience. These positions are also eligible to participate in a performance incentive program.
